Editorial Policy
OWNER DRAFT — adopt and verify this policy before publication.
Our editorial standard
Articles should help readers make informed decisions. We explain the intended use, relevant limitations, alternatives and evidence behind recommendations.
Authorship and research
Our intended publishing approach is original human-written articles. Each published article must have an accurate author identity. Editorial briefs or AI-assisted working material must be rewritten and checked by the responsible human author before publication.
Product evaluation
Hands-on testing must be explicitly distinguished from research-based comparisons. We do not claim to have tested products we have not used. Top-list length does not determine the number of suitable products: a shorter useful selection is preferable to padding a list.
Accuracy and updates
Verify product specifications against current manufacturer information and identify material changes when updating an article. Correct substantive errors promptly. Send correction requests through our Contact page.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate links may generate income. Clearly disclose sponsorships and gifted products when applicable. Payment must not be presented as independent evidence of quality.
Animal welfare
Our content is general information, not individualized veterinary advice. Health-related claims require reliable sourcing and appropriate qualified review.
